Clear Channel pioneers digital billboard inventory in a private marketplace

Clear Channel Outdoors Americas in collaboration with Rubicon Project has launched an OOH buying solution – businesses can purchase digital billboard inventory from Rubicon Project’s private marketplace.

This would streamline OOH buying through its budgeting system that allows businesses to adjust their media budgets on the marketplace. Through this, businesses can access 1000’s of Clear Channel’s digital billboards in more than 25 US markets.

This helps businesses buy OOH advertising space more fluidly alongside desktop and mobile. Rubicon project marketplace allows digital marketers to invest programmatically by engaging in cross-channel buying. This programmatic solution marries data-driven decision making with media locations in the physical world – combining the best of physical and digital worlds.

This solution is one-of-its-kind that is currently available in the Americas and Clear Channel has tested this advertisting campaign for Matilda the Musical.
