Smart kiosks at Miami-Dade bus stops to tap into digital advertising in a 15 year deal

Civiq has signed a 15-year deal with Miami-Dade to install 300 kiosks at bus stops and metrorail stations across the country, which would offer free WiFi to passengers. This entire infrastructure would be borne by Civiq and they would support this investment through Digital Advertisements.

Civiq has earmarked $20 million investment for this project to begin with. This would allow the local government to propagate information. This would provide information related to timings, route etc. This also provides an opportunity to use the equipment’s sensor to track everything from litter to gunshots to traffic.

These kiosks are expected to make the city more aware and efficient.
