GPS-driven truckside Ads provide real-time updates for drivers

German company RoadAds Interactive along with Visonect, a digital signage brand, offer truckside ads with location specific features that update constantly based on the geographical location.


Potential use cases include displaying instructions on how to get to a nearby restaurant, providing drivers with traffic conditions and information, and distance to the nearest gas station among others. The real-time element is sure to appeal to information hungry consumers.

For advertisers, the benefits are pretty clear – people are most likely to remember a digital billboard ad that is location-specific as opposed to a traditional one.
