Wendy’s restaurant chain in Brazil has partnered with NCR to provide digital signage and mobile solutions in its new locations.
The top priority for Wendy’s was the customer experience, which would result in serving of food as early as possible. Wendy’s went for a combination of solutions from NCR that included:
NCR Vitalcast – allows the restaurant to customize its messages, menus and images based on the time of day
NCR Aloha Kitchen – allows employees to control the digital menu and handle orders from the POS terminal
NCR Pulse Real-Time – mobile app tha offers key information on sales performance and labor.
